Finance & Accounting Sr. Staff

About the role As a Finance & Accounting Sr. Staff at Chateraise PT Gobel Sigma Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to management.

What you’ll be doing:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Perform general ledger account reconciliations and analysis

Assist with the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

Support the implementation of financial systems and processes

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
