Construction Supervisor

Job Responisibilites:

Act as the primary person in charge of workplace safety at the construction site.

Ensure the worksite is properly organized, adequately equipped, and managed to support safe work practices.

Enforce full compliance with HSE regulations, Company standards, and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.

Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions or behaviors are identified.

Supervise contractor construction activities to ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in line with approved technical specifications and drawings.

Ensure compliance with the Company-approved Construction Execution Plan (CEP).

Monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.

Identify potential risks, delays, and propose corrective actions or recovery plans.

Work closely with all Contractor divisions and Company representatives to align execution strategy and resolve field issues.

Lead coordination with Material, Construction Equipment, QA/QC, Project Control, and HSE teams.

Support inspection, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure quality compliance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or D4 with minimum

6 years of experience ; OR

Diploma (D3) in any discipline with minimum

8 years of experience .

Proven experience in construction planning, execution, and supervision.

Minimum

4 years as a Field Supervisor

in construction projects and/or industrial facilities.

Experience in one or more of the following industries Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, Civil infrastructure (high-rise buildings, bridges), Public Works & Spatial Planning (DPU), Mining, Geothermal, Power Plant projects

Willing to be placed in the projects operational areas
