We are currently looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Business Development / Market Research Intern to support our expansion efforts, particularly in feasibility studies for apartment and villa projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting market research for apartment and villa projects

Collect, input and manage data using basic Excel spreadsheets

Support the preparation of feasibility studies, including market overview, pricing analysis, and basic financial assumptions

Assist in analyzing location, competitors, and potential market demand

Work closely with the Business Development team to support ongoing projects

Perform administrative and operational tasks related to business development as required
