Develop, oversee, and evaluate ove rall F&B procedures , stan dar ds , and uti litie s

Oversee and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards across all F&B o perat ion , facilities, services, and sanitation protocols.

Analyze and improve F&B product standards, pricing, quality, and vendor selection .

Pre pare and manage budget and cost control for ove rall F&B operations .

Provi de F & B tren d ins ight and evalua te the promotio nal st ra tegies with the sales and marketing team.

Develop and monitor training programs for F&B staff to ensure competency and service excellence.

Requirements

Minimum b achelor’s degree in Hospitality , Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management , or related fields .

Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years i n managerial le vel .

Preferably experienced in F&B management within the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, F&B operations, and kitchen management.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
