Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns
Develop bidding strategies to maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
Create reports and present results to stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest SEM trends and platform changes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in SEM or digital marketing
Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other ad platforms
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads certification
Experience with social media advertising
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience with marketing automation tools
