Melakukan Visit/kunjungan ke outlet-outlet sesuai standarisasi BSO (basic sales operation)
Memastikan ketersediaan sales force sesuai dengan kebutuhan territory (kuantitas dan kualitas)
Membuat jadwal Kunjungan Rutin untuk salesman (Route Plan/PJP) secara effective dan effisien
Supervisor memastikan standar productivity (Visit, Effective Call, Active Outlet, Selling Out)
Memastikan validitas register outlet
Prospecting dan visit outlet pareto territory
Melakukan join visit bersama salesman dan cek sampling hasil kunjungan salesman
Melakukan pengelolan Territory (memetakan wilayah, berdasarkan tipe channel, frequency call, potensi distribusi, sales potential, merchandising potential, aktivitas pesaing)
Memonitor dan menganalisa standard report secara periodic (Laporan Harian, Sales Force Productivity, Stock Harian, Weekly Sales, Outlet Aktif & Distribution Progress, Customer Base, dan produk baru)
Melakukan proses stok opname distributor setiap bulan
Melakukan validitas transaksi distributor
Memonitoring distribusi produk distributor
Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan salesman
