THE ROLE Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Officer where you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base by connecting with foreign investors and businesses looking to enter the Indonesian market. This position offers the perfect blend of client relationship management, business consulting, and sales achievement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Prospect & Research: Source and qualify potential foreign investors interested in Indonesian business opportunities Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a robust database of qualified leads through multiple channels Client Consultation: Conduct professional meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions Relationship Building: Develop lasting partnerships with prospects from initial contact through service delivery Sales Conversion: Successfully negotiate and close service agreements with new clients Market Intelligence: Monitor Indonesian investment trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape Performance Tracking: Document all client interactions and maintain detailed sales reports Team Collaboration: Partner with our legal, accounting, and immigration specialists for seamless client experiences

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or equivalent field 2-3 years proven track record in B2B sales or business development Background in professional services or consulting is highly valued

Core Competencies: Outstanding verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia Natural relationship builder with strong networking abilities Familiarity with Indonesian business environment and foreign investment regulations (advantageous) Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms and open-source office applications (LibreOffice, Ubuntu systems preferred) Self-driven individual who thrives in target-oriented environments Independent worker with excellent time management skills
