Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Creative thinking with a deep understanding of consumer insights and brand positioning.
Strong team player with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) planning and execution, to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute large-scale offline events, including brand launches, brand roadshows, and regional roadshow planning and execution.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal ROI.
Collaborate with the product development team to successfully launch new products and coordinate marketing strategies.
Lead cross-departmental collaboration for new product launch projects, ensuring timely completion of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Identify and establish cross-industry/IP collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
Strategize and execute new business models, including the design, prototyping, promotion, and implementation of cultural and creative products, e-commerce product launches, and operations to drive new growth opportunities for the company.
Organize promotional activities, sponsorships, and other marketing events to attract target audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure innovation in marketing strategies.
