What you'll be doing

Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities for automotive spare parts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers such as distributors, wholesalers, part shops, and garages.

Monitor and analyze sales performance versus targets.

Ensure timely product delivery and inventory availability.

Plan and control aftermarket sales & marketing campaigns.

Track competitor activities and support sales strategy planning.

Identify sales opportunities and address operational issues.

Manage stock levels, purchase orders (PO), and backorders (BO).

Create accurate sell‑out forecasts.

Handle distributor product claims efficiently.

What we’re looking for

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.

1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the aftermarket sector.

Prior experience in retail sales management and/or the automotive industry is an advantage.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively (a plus).

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
