Drafter & 3D Renderer

One of our valued clients in Singapore is seeking a talented Drafter & 3D Renderer with strong technical skills in both drafting and 3D visualisation. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in residential and commercial projects, can transform design concepts into detailed construction drawings, and creates photorealistic 3D renders using industry‑standard software. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in bringing design visions to life through precise technical execution and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

Transform design ideas and concepts into detailed layout plans.

Create realistic 3D renders to visualise the proposed designs.

Develop accurate and comprehensive construction drawings.

Review and revise drawings based on feedback and technical requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, accuracy levels, and specified criteria.

Complete ad hoc tasks as needed to support team operations and service efficiency.

Requirements Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Drafter, 3D Renderer, or Interior Designer with strong drafting and rendering skills.

Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial project experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawings and construction documentation.

Proficient in Enscape for photorealistic rendering.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for post‑production and presentation materials.

Strong understanding of spatial design, furniture layouts, and material specifications.

Experience coordinating with design teams and managing drafting‑to‑rendering workflow.

Ability to work efficiently with reasonable rendering times (~2 hours depending on complexity).

Detail‑oriented with strong quality control standards.

Nice‑to‑Have Requirements

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience with other rendering engines or visualisation tools.

Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.

Experience working with international design firms.
