What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and own the strategy + daily management of our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond!)

Create campaigns designed to convert clicks into clients

Craft and curate content that sparks conversations and inquiries, both visual & written

Launch and optimise paid ads across platforms to maximise ROI

Track performance, analyse data, and use insights to level up results

Collaborate with marketing & sales to align social with growth goals

Stay ahead of trends, tools, and algorithms to keep us always one step ahead

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands‑on experience running social media for a brand or agency (bonus points if you’ve crushed lead‑gen targets)

Pro at Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & their ad platforms

Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Brandwatch, FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

Analytical mindset (you don’t just post, you test, learn, and optimise!)

Creative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced team environment
