CHRP | Talent Acquisition at Bank Danamon
Job Purpose
Managing the annual budgeting process for all divisions (Risk, Operations, Collections, Sales, Distribution, etc.).
Distributing business targets down to regional and branch levels (if applicable).
Monitoring daily business dynamics related to financial targets and KPIs.
Preparing presentations and analyses related to Line of Business (LoB) and regional performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual business plans and budgets.
Cascade budgets to regional and branch levels.
Prepare regular presentations for management meetings (MPR, Offsite, etc.).
Assist in monthly, mid-year, and annual forecasting.
Ensure data integrity and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Provide timely followโup on agreed initiatives.
Deliver accurate and useful financial analysis.
Job Requirements
Education:
Minimum Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial budgeting.
Strong analytical and problemโsolving skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to remain neutral and objective in reporting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Training/Certifications (Preferred):
Financial analysis training.
BSMR certification (preferred).
