Indonesia Branch Office of Multinational Electronic Company from Taiwan is looking for a professional challenger as an E-Commerce Specialist Qualifications

Fluency in English is required

Able to work under pressure directly with Director, willing to learn actively

Responsible, work smartly, hard worker, self-discipline

Interest in marketing and selling products

Able to complete the work independently

Domicile is about 20-30 minutes from Kelapa Gading

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Good Excel Skill (Pivot, If, Vlookup, Hlookup)

Minimum 2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Specialist

Have marketing experience, preferably in women’s product brands

Proficient in managing online stores on major marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada)

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations including product listing, optimization, campaigns, promotions, and ads

Ability to analyze sales data, traffic performance, and conversion rates

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize daily operations of e-commerce platforms including product listings, pricing, stock availability, and content accuracy (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada)

Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and campaign effectiveness

Set up, monitor, and optimize marketplace advertising

Prepare regular reports on store performance and advertising results

Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and market competition

Handle Customer inquiries and reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction

Maintain store health and implement long-term growth strategies

Coordinate promotions, vouchers, and campaigns with platform PICs

Monitor product performance and store analytics (traffic, conversion, best sellers)

Research competitor activity, promo strategies, and trending product styles

Collaborate with creative team for content and product launch planning
