Responsibilities
Work closely with business teams to gain deep understanding of their needs.
Take full responsibility for the endโtoโend recruitment process, including sourcing, interview arrangement, developing and maintaining recruitment channels, salary negotiations, offers and onboarding management.
Analyze recruitment data, monitor progress, and produce daily or weekly recruitment reports.
Perform routine tasks such as maintaining the HR database.
Qualifications
Recruiter experience with a minimum of 2 years in the industry; experience in international companies is a plus.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiarity with labor law and common HR practices; talent mapping experience is a plus.
Good Mandarin skills (oral and written) are a must.
Selfโdriven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
