Gentarkids , where you’ll play a key role in shaping academic excellence and nurturing both teachers and students.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

Ensure High-Quality Teaching: Lead and guide teachers to deliver exceptional lessons that drive student success and engagement. Support Sales & Marketing: Represent Genstarkids Kids in events and consultations to help drive student enrollment and enhance the company’s visibility. Build Parent Relationships: Strengthen connections with parents to foster trust, increase contract renewals, and encourage referrals. Develop Your Team: Support teacher development through coaching, feedback, and training to continually improve teaching quality and class management.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in education management, teaching, and leading a team of educators. Leadership & Coaching Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and provide effective guidance to teachers to help them excel. Communication Skills: Confident in public speaking and presenting to both parents and potential students. Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in addressing challenges, maintaining high-quality education, and ensuring smooth operations.
