Business Development (B2G) Staff

As a Business Development (B2G) Staff, you will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with government institutions (B2G), expanding existing collaborations, and driving Koding Next’s presence in public sector education programs. This role involves research, proposal development, and long-term relationship management with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government institutions (B2G)

Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to meet government requirements and project needs

Conduct regular research on government programs, tenders, and education initiatives

Understand Koding Next’s products, competitors, and position within the education and public sector market

Prepare proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for government partnerships

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and School Operations teams

Coordinate closely with the Head of School Operations for program execution

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Finance or equivalent

Have minimum 2 years experience in B2G sales

Excellent English (Written and Spoken)

Understanding of computer, agreements, and invoicing

Highly organized person

Preferred Previous Work Industry: Educational Supplier, Publisher, After School Program Provider, Corporate Training Provider, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Banking, Software

Ability to work in the office in Kemayoran
