Sales Support - After Sales Warranty (Korean Speaker) PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) is Hyundai’s automotive production hub in Southeast Asia, located in Cikarang, West Java. Established in 2019, HMMI manufactures both conventional and electric vehicles for domestic and export markets, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

b>Responsibilities

Handle daily warranty claims, detailed reporting, and status tracking.

Prepare and manage accurate budgets for warranty programs.

Coordinate smooth communication for all after-sales processes.

Maintain and update complete manual books and records.

Support team tasks and assist in Korean language translation.

b>Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Korean Linguistics/Languages or any related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Must be fluent in English and Korean (TOPIK Level 3 or above).

Experience in manufacturing or production operations.

Experience as a Korean Speaker, Translator, or Interpreter is an advantage.

Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
