Job Description
Pantai Bharu Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is an established business group with core operations in the automotive industry, with additional exposure in rental and property-related activities. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Accounts Executive to manage full set accounting and support financial operations across the group.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling accounts in a multi-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing
Prepare journal entries, schedules, and financial reports
Manage supplier payments, staff claims, and payment processing
Issue customer invoices, receipts, and monitor collections
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing
Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters
Support preparation of management reports and financial analysis
Liaise with internal departments on financial and operational matters
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in handling full set accounts
Experience in automotive, trading, or multi-entity businesses is an advantage
Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS or similar)
Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Independent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
