Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate production staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized. Train, coach, and evaluate production team members to improve skills and performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a household appliance manufacturing or production supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools. Working Conditions

Full-time position, shift work may be required depending on production needs. Work environment involves exposure to manufacturing noise, machinery, and movement of materials.
