About the role Join PT Kuarta Putra Pratama as a Marketing professional and play a key role in driving the company's growth and success. As a Marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that will help the company reach its target audience and achieve its business objectives. This is a full‑time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and deliver compelling content that resonates with the target audience

Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, and make data‑driven decisions to optimise strategies

Continuously stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative marketing approaches

Contribute to the overall marketing and communication strategy of the company

What we’re looking for

Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the marketing and communications industry

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information

Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting

Creativity and problem‑solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
