This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Jakarta. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying clients' needs, selling insurance products, and managing existing client accounts. Key responsibilities include providing expert insurance advice, explaining policy options, assisting customers in selecting suitable insurance coverage, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust. Qualifications

Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Strong understanding of Finance and the ability to explain financial products Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Effective communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant sales and customer management tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
