Senior Buyer

Responsibilities

Monitor customer preferences and buying patterns to guide selections. Maintain a balanced product mix (n-o-s items, new trends, and seasonal specials). Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships. Track stock levels and coordinate with marketing teams, merchandisers and sales teams to avoid over/understocking. Analyze sales performance and make adjustments to orders or reorders. Work with the purchasing department to resolve defects or production issues. Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure on-time delivery instructions. Monitor a smooth payment flow for available invoices. Qualifications

Fashion Enthusiast especially in luxury brand Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Fashion Merchandising / Business Administration / Finance. Have experience min. 3 years as Buyer/ Merchandiser, preferably in luxury retail fashion / multibrands fashion Strong proficiency in Ms Office, especially in Ms. Excel Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in English. Have knowledge of visual merchandising principles, inventory management tools and vendor management. Demonstrates ownership and has a sense of responsibility Willing to work long hours according to Supplier working hour
