About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Purchasing to join our team at PT Zhongbu Resins Indonesia. As a full-time role based in Kendal, Central Java, this position plays a crucial part in our procurement and inventory management operations. What you'll be doing

Manage the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and other supplies to support production and operations Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, delivery terms, and quality of goods Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing requirements Streamline purchasing processes and implement cost-saving initiatives Prepare procurement reports and analyse data to support decision-making Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations What we're looking for

Relevant bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Familiarity with purchasing software and ERP systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What we offer
