Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons using the curriculum and technology while ensuring strong classroom management and student engagement.

Prepare lesson materials in advance, create supplementary resources, assess student progress, and maintain accurate records.

Uphold safety, behavior policies, and academic standards consistently.

Support scheduling of classes, assessments, and academic events in coordination with the Director of Studies.

Optimize class allocation and teacher utilization to support center performance.

Ensure smooth academic operations, including placement testing, coverage arrangements, and extracurricular programs.

Essential Qualifications

Indonesian citizen only

Bachelor’s degree (any field)

Minimum C1 English proficiency

Minimum 4 years of teaching experience (ESL or relevant field)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Experience teaching across multiple groups (young learners to teens)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

Customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude
