Role Overview We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end

employee engagement activities

(e.g., Townhall, engagement program, Regional Meeting, etc.)

Manage

internal communications

via Lark and

external communications

on platforms like LinkedIn (e.g., event updates, public holiday greetings, etc.)

Responsible for

end-to-end OKR process

as part of performance management; mandatory training OKR and ensuring all employees complete their OKR every quarter

Support

onboarding process ; update onboarding material and improve onboarding process based on the regular feedback from new joiners and their direct managers

Manage

end-to-end business travel

processes, including handling travel requests, booking, reschedule, settlement, and processing vendor payments

Bachelor degree all majors

Having 2-3 years experiences

Proficient in english

Willing to be placed in Benda, Tangerang
