Resident Engineer (ACS)

is seeking an experienced

Resident Engineer – ACS

to support a fast-track Data Center project in Batam.

As part of our consultancy & EPCM team, you will represent engineering integrity on site, ensuring technical compliance, quality execution, and timely decision‐making in a high‑pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Consultant’s on‑site representative for ACS works

Review and monitor installation in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives

Identify technical issues and provide immediate engineering solutions on site

Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements

Support progress reporting and technical documentation

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Data Center experience highly preferred)

Strong technical capability and confident decision‑maker on‑site

Experience working under consultancy or EPCM environment preferred

Able to work in shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays

Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Based in Batam or willing to be deployed immediately
