Production Staff - 6A - PT ALFA

As a

Production Staff , you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day production operations on the manufacturing floor. You will assist in assembling, testing, and preparing industrial valve products according to specifications and quality standards, helping ensure efficient output and product excellence. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the

assembly

and

fabrication

of industrial valve components following work instructions and engineering drawings. Operate and monitor

manufacturing equipment and tools

safely and effectively. Conduct

quality checks

at various production stages to identify defects or deviations. Support

pressure testing, measuring, and inspection

processes to ensure compliance with technical standards. Prepare products for

coating, blasting, painting, and final inspection

as required. Maintain a

clean, organized, and safe

production area following company safety protocols. Report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages to the Production Supervisor. Collaborate closely with team members and support other departments when needed to meet production targets. Qualifications

Minimum

high school diploma / vocational training

(SMK) in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Prior experience in

manufacturing, assembly, or production operations

(preferred but not required). Strong understanding of 6A standards and applications Basic knowledge of mechanical components, tools, and production processes. Ability to read and interpret

work instructions and basic drawings . Good

attention to detail , problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly. Ability to work in a

team-oriented environment

and follow safety procedures. Strong

work ethic

and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Good

communication

and interpersonal skills. Commitment to
