Senior Staff / Staff Accounting

Responsibilities

Prepare and record accounting journals accurately and in a timely manner Perform account reconciliations, including bank, tax, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and other related accounts Manage employee-related accounting administration, including employee loan records Assist in setting up and maintaining the accounting system and chart of accounts Review contracts from an accounting and financial perspective Operate and maintain accounting data using ERP systems Support superiors in special or ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or taxation Proficient in basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel Brevet A & B certification is a plus Able to independently handle journal entries and account reconciliations Fluent in English (mandatory); Mandarin proficiency is a plus Familiar with accounting ERP systems Willing to work on-site and relocate to an industrial area Benefits
