Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow our client portfolio within the banking industry. You will be the primary link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring we deliver high-value, appropriate technology solutions.
Your main responsibility is to build strong relationships, deeply understand client business needs, and achieve set sales targets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, understands the intricacies of the banking industry, and can collaborate effectively with technical teams to design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create new sales opportunities for our products and services, from both new and existing customers.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Ensure effective execution of developed sales strategies, objectives, goals, and targeted revenue.
Provide price quotations/estimates and ensure that the price is right and meets the client's requirements.
Must be able to build and maintain strong professional account relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the presales and product teams to deliver proper and comprehensive solutions to customers.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and maintain regular contact with all clients.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales reports and business plans.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (S1) from an accredited university, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication).
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales or Account Manager, specifically in the Banking Industry or at an IT Consulting firm.
