Head of Enterprise Sales (Hospitality & Media)
The Head of Enterprise Sales will lead the sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Hospitality & Media sector for PT Link Net Tbk.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Hospitality & Media sector
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Hospitality & Media industry
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and reporting
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities and expand the client base
Oversee the treasury services budget, sales goals, and profit & loss (P&L)
Monitor and evaluate sales performance using metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales or related major
Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Sales in B2B segment or related field
Experience handling Hospitality & Media accounts
Strong management skills and rational thinking
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Willing to work in Centennial Tower, Jakarta
