Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support to join our team at Tamtech International. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Hospital Management System (SIM-RS) by providing remote assistance to clients, troubleshooting technical and functional issues. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases, deploy updates, and maintain a strong knowledge base that supports timely and effective problem resolution, ultimately helping hospitals deliver healthcare services more efficiently.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, clear, and empathetic responses to ensure a positive support experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues reported by clients through remote channels, escalating complex cases to the development or infrastructure teams when necessary.
Assist clients in using SIM-RS features effectively, including conducting remote training sessions to improve adoption and user confidence.
Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures in the knowledge base to support faster resolution in the future.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to address escalated issues, remotely deploy updates, and maintain system stability.
Maintain open communication with clients, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improving both the system and the overall client experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support or helpdesk roles.
Previous experience to SIM‑RS implementation or support is a strong plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the resilience to manage and defuse user complaints professionally.
Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving aptitude, and attention to detail.
Willing to work onsite at Tamtech International office with scheduled shift.
