Architect

Conduct research and gather information to support design decisions and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Assist in conducting site analysis and assessments to evaluate environmental, social, and economic factors influencing design decisions. Collaborate with architects and other team members to generate design solutions and prepare presentation materials. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews to gain an understanding of project requirements and objectives. Contribute to the preparation of architectural documents, including schematic designs, construction drawings, and specifications. Develop 3D models and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively. Help review and evaluate construction bids and contractor proposals. Contribute to project coordination and communication with other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and design documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications (Architect & Interior Designer)

Bachelor's degree in related field. Preferred Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural or interior design field. Understanding of construction documentation and building materials. Advanced in 3D modelling and 2D detail drawings. Preferred proficiency in ARCHICAD and D5 Render. Good teamwork, time management, and strong presentation skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Based in or willing to move to Jakarta area. Work in hybrid system. (2-3 days' work from office per week). Involved in wide range of projects from research phase to construction stage.
