Performance Marketing Lead (Channels: Meta, TikTok, SEO, SEM & Programmatic) Scope: • Lead and grow key performance channels • Drive sales growth & improve lead quality • Develop channel strategy based on budget & targets • Manage and mentor performance marketing specialists • Drive optimization through strong data analysis

Requirement: • 4+ years of performance marketing experience • Strong experience in paid media (Meta/TikTok) & search channels • Experience leading a performance marketing team • Strategic, analytical & execution-oriented
