Able to prepare, implement and compile data for strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed / required Possesses strong international connections with travel agents Able to survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies Proven leadership who fosters a collaborative and high-performing environment, encouraging innovation and success among team members
