Job Description

We are seeking for experience individual who capable to Lead and oversee the group’s overall financial strategy to ensure sustainable business growth, efficient cost structure, stable cash flow, strong tax compliance, and transparent as well as scalable settlement and financial consolidation systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field in Finance.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role.

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification or other relevant financial certifications is an advantage.

Strong understanding of prevailing financial regulations, accounting standards, and banking regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficient in accounting and financial software such as Microsoft Excel, Accurate, Zahir, and MYOB.

Strong data analysis skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.

Experience handling multi-entity or group companies.

Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxation principles, including tax compliance and tax reporting (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and employee tax).

Ability to communicate effectively with the Board of Directors and stakeholders.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Willing to travel for business purposes as required.

Willing to be assigned in SCBD, South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Formulate financial strategies to support the company’s business targets.

Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide improvement recommendations.

2. Financial & Cash Flow Management

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow management.

Manage banking relationships (credit facilities, loans, hedging if applicable).

Ensure the company maintains optimal liquidity levels.

Take full responsibility for the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement).

Prepare monthly management reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders.

Prepare special reports (project reports, capex analysis, etc.) as required.

4. Accounting & Compliance

Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

5. Team & Process Management

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team (AR, AP, GL, Tax, Treasury).

Develop and improve financial SOPs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and oversee ERP/finance software systems.

6. Analysis & Cost Control

Conduct cost analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Provide recommendations regarding investments, expansion, or divestment.

Analyze profitability per product, project, or business unit.
