Responsible for reviewing distribution channel’s campaign schemes and costs, channel compensation, and providing updates in channel profitability forecasting. Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign costs and benefits meet financial targets. Proposing changes to schemes, terms, and conditions if needed. Performing risk and financial assessments on proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation. Ensuring proper checking and testing of new or updated compensation in the system. Updating channel profitability forecasts regularly and highlighting potential actions to meet financial targets. Liaising with various departments to gather data, insights, or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing financial materials for presentation to EXCO.
