Job Description: Work closely with the CEO to define project strategies, focusing on market research, business analysis, and competitive positioning. Manage the implementation of new system in existing and new branches Conduct in-depth market and business analyses to identify opportunities, assess risks, and drive product innovation. Translate business goals into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with well-defined priorities and objectives. Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors and internal teams to oversee the technical aspects of product development Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications: Minimum 5years of experience in Project Management, with a strong emphasis on market analytics and business strategy. Experienced in managing projects in the area of Project Planning & initiation, Team & Stakeholder Management, Budget & Resource Management, Execution & Delivery, Risk & Issue Management Proven track record in managing internal product development processes. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and bridging business and technical perspectives. Analytical mindset to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
