Bina Bangsa School is seeking an experienced and passionate English as General Paper A-Level Teacher to join our growing academic team. Position: English as General Paper A-Level Teacher Employment Type: Full‑Time Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality A Level General Paper (8021) lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards. Teach and guide students in argumentative writing, textual analysis, comprehension, and evaluation of global issues. Design lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that promote strong research, reasoning, and communication skills. Utilize Apple technology and digital tools effectively to enhance teaching and learning. Monitor student progress and provide constructive academic feedback and support. Create an engaging, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment that encourages open discussion and independent thinking. Collaborate with academic teams to ensure effective curriculum implementation and support school initiatives. Participate in school events, meetings, professional development programs, and parent engagement activities. Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in English, Humanities, or related subjects. Proven experience teaching Cambridge A-Level General Paper is highly preferred. Strong understanding of CAIE standards, academic writing frameworks, and critical‑thinking pedagogy. Competence in integrating technology into teaching; familiarity with Apple Distinguished School practices is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Literature, Communication, Education, or a related field. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
