Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using

Ruby on Rails .

Design and implement

RESTful APIs

for seamless integration with other systems.

Manage and optimize

databases

(PostgreSQL, Redis) for performance and scalability.

Implement

test-driven development (TDD)

practices using RSpec and Capybara.

Utilize

version control systems (Git)

and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams following

Agile methodologies .

Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring high-performance applications.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience

in Ruby on Rails development.

Strong understanding of

Ruby, Rails, and related frameworks .

Experience with

RESTful API

design and implementation.

Familiarity with

database management

(PostgreSQL, Redis).

Knowledge of

Git

and best practices in

CI/CD .

Experience with

test-driven development (RSpec, Capybara) .

Understanding of

Agile methodologies

and team collaboration.

Strong

problem-solving skills

and attention to detail.

Excellent

communication and teamwork

abilities.
