Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead the Corporate Banking team and develop strategies to achieve lending and fee‑based income targets.
Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening relationships with key corporate clients.
Oversee the overall loan portfolio to ensure credit quality, compliance, and alignment with the bank's risk appetite.
Manage and develop the Relationship Manager team through coaching, performance monitoring, and capability building.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Credit, Operations, Treasury, Legal) to support business execution.
Review and propose credit proposals within delegated authority and ensure timely, high‑quality credit processing.
Monitor business performance, prepare management reports, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
8 years of experience in banking, lending, or credit—preferably within the Corporate segment.
Strong client network or database within the Corporate market.
Proven experience managing a credit portfolio of at least IDR 1 trillion (highly preferred).
Clean record with no history of misconduct or fraud in previous employment.
Highly motivated, performance‑driven, and committed to professional growth.
Exhibits integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
