Educational Background : Strata 1 (S1) Graduated in Maritime Academy, Deck Officer License Class 2 (ANT 2). Experience Background : Minimum 4-6 years seagoing service as Master or Chief Officer. Preferable experience in oil and gas marine operations with operations in shallow water and congested areas. Supervisory level able to teach technically as Mariner Coach. Roles & Responsibilities

HSSE : Ensure all marine operations on sites are carried out in a safe and timely manner by advising clients and site managers regarding marine aspects to agreed procedures in line with HSSE requirements, national and international rules and regulations. Marine Operation : Review and validate all marine permits and issue recommendations with additional precautions to ensure all risks and hazards are mitigated during marine operation. Supervise marine activities especially during critical operations to ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with PHM requirements. (Tools to control: AVTS, MOP, CBT assessment, CeRMAT report, etc). Data & Report : Assist and advise line management on planned project activities by delivering daily and monthly reporting in a timely manner in order to achieve company objectives. Seniority level
