Job Description

What you will do:

Responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the recruitment, selection, retention, development, performance evaluation, and industrial relations processes of employees.

1. Formulate strategies and work plans for the Human Capital Department and ensure their achievement, including budget and investment plans.

2. Design, manage, and control the budget for the Human Capital Department's expenditures.

3. Conduct workforce planning and design effective recruitment and selection systems.

4. Establish a Wage Scale Structure and appropriate compensation system.

5. Develop employee development plans, including transfers and/or promotions, as per job requirements.

6. Develop effective performance assessment forms and ensure their implementation across all units.

7. Design employee development programs such as training, coaching, assignments, transfers, and promotions based on data-driven identification.

8. Review workload analysis and ensure alignment with job descriptions for each position.

9. Support company operations through employee development and productivity, fostering a positive work environment, and creating new policies as needed.

10. Design retention strategies and succession plans.

11. Coordinate with the Manpower Office, Health Office, and other government agencies regarding job-related tasks and responsibilities, including labor permits, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and social security matters (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan).

12. Process employment-related issues faced by OMDC Group and propose solutions.

What we are looking for:

Proven working experience as an HR manager (minimum 2 years), preferably in a startup environment.

Good knowledge of local labor laws and legal requirements.

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Strong communication and presentation skills; a positive mental attitude is a must.

Initiative, proactive, agile, and must be a team player.

Experience in Office and Facilities Management:

Demonstrated ability to manage office resources, including facilities and vendor relationships. Experience in planning and executing corporate events and managing travel logistics.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills:

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the efficient operation of general affairs activities within the company.
