We’re Hiring: Freelance Digital Marketer (Performance Ads | Remote | IDR 2–3M/month) Help us grow a healthcare startup that actually helps people. We’re a digital-first medical concierge service on a mission to make healthcare simpler, faster, and more human. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven freelance digital marketer to help us scale smartly through paid performance campaigns. If you’re a Google Ads and Meta Ads wizard who loves optimizing for real results (not just impressions or fake metrics), we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Test creatives, copy, targeting, and funnels for better performance Track and report on ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics Collaborate with our small, fast-moving team to align marketing with user needs Share regular updates and insights to help guide future strategy

✅ You’re a Good Fit If You Have 3-5 years hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Are confident with tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM links, etc.) Know how to work independently but stay collaborative Have experience working with service-based or healthcare-related businesses (a plus!) Are not currently working with or affiliated with any businesses offering similar medical concierge services — no conflicts of interest, please.

Compensation & Details Monthly freelance retainer: IDR 2–3 million, depending on experience Fully remote, async-friendly Scope: ~10–15 hours/month, with potential to scale Long-term potential for the right fit
