Retail Activation Specialist

Location Bali, Kuta Utara

Retail Activation Executive We are looking for a hands-on Retail Activation Specialist to ensure marketing campaigns are executed properly, on time, and consistently across our stores. This role is execution focused. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, VM, and Area Managers to bring campaigns to life on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities • Execute retail campaigns, store openings, and in-store activations across assigned stores • Translate marketing plans into clear store-level action steps and timelines • Ensure store readiness before launch including POSM setup, VM alignment, promo mechanics, and team briefing • Conduct store visits to maintain execution standards and compliance • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout • Support alignment between retail activations and online campaigns • Track basic sales performance and prepare short post-activation summaries • Assist in vendor coordination and budget tracking Requirements • 2 to 4 years experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, activation, or store operations • Experience working directly with physical retail stores • Strong execution discipline and attention to detail • Comfortable handling timelines, follow-ups, and multi-store coordination • Able to read basic sales data and reports • Willing to travel

Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred. Exposure to omnichannel execution is a plus.
