General Requirements At least Bachelor degree in Business management, tourism or any field At least 2 year experience as Resident Manager/Hotel Manager or high level operations role Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills Ability to manage in a competitive environment and complex relationships Ability to manage budgets and control costs Hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic and attention to details Strong focus on providing excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfactions Able to join immediately
