Job Purpose

Expand MPP industrial business in Indonesia Increase existing sales with end customers and resellers organically New business development - Current and adjacent markets

Job Highlights

Achieve Country Sales Budget for IND products New business development for Indonesia market Market Analysis & Strategy - Continuously analyze and generate information on customers’ potential, market trends, gaps and business opportunities including tracking key competition in the country and reporting in CRM tool. Support Management with strategic business and product portfolio management Large/Key Accounts Management Distribution Management - Drive excellence Receivables & BL IND products' inventory support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry or related field A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in industrial applications within the chemical industry, with deep understanding of market dynamics, product development, and customer needs among Paint & Coating, Polymer Emulsion and Construction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Proficiency in English and local languages will be an advantage.
