Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and ownership for 24/7 operational availability of data center facilities, with responsibility for all critical infrastructure (MEP, IT, security). Ensure compliance with corporate standards, industry best practices and frameworks including ISO 27001 (Cybersecurity) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management). Oversee and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), CAFM, and CMMS platforms, ensuring effective monitoring, alarm management, maintenance and reporting. Promote seamless integration and interoperability of controls and automation protocols such as Modbus and BACnet across systems. Lead infrastructure scalability initiatives to support growth, including capacity planning, system upgrades, and integration of new technologies. Champion cybersecurity best practices and ensure alignment of facility operational technology with corporate and regulatory security requirements. Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operations and escalation processes. Develop and maintain SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, technical documentation, performance dashboards, and reports to support decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams engineering, IT, security, and external vendors to deliver integrated digital infrastructure outcomes. Oversee energy performance and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and sustainability metrics to align with global targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Facilities) or related field. Extensive experience managing mission-critical facilities, including Data Centers or large industrial sites. Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including MEP systems, environmental and power systems, and physical security systems. Demonstrated expertise with BMS, EPMS, IWMS, CAFM, CMMS platforms and data analytics/BI dashboard integration. Technical knowledge of Modbus and BACnet protocols for automation and systems integration. Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 50001 standards and their application within operations. Experience with CAD / REVIT integration for technical documentation, layout planning or facility modeling. (Preferred)
