This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about advertising, consumer insights and strategy. As a Media Planner, you will work closely with senior planners, client servicing teams and creative teams to develop data-driven strategies and campaign directions that bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing brand and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience profiling to uncover insights. Support in preparing client presentations, strategy decks and campaign reports. Collaborate with account management teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and assist in providing actionable insights for optimization. Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behaviour shifts and emerging media platforms.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field. 1 –2 years of experience in advertising, media or marketing strategy (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome). Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for advertising, brands, and consumer psychology.
