Japanese Business Communication Instructor

About The Role OTCA is currently expanding its Corporate Language Program (B2B) in Jakarta. We are seeking a Japanese Language Tutor who is passionate about teaching professionals and supporting business-oriented language development. This role is ideal for candidates who are not only comfortable teaching, but also interested in contributing to curriculum customization and corporate client needs.

Key Responsibilities Deliver Japanese language training to corporate clients (professionals & company employees) Customize learning materials based on business communication needs Adapt curriculum according to client objectives and industry context Monitor participant progress and provide structured feedback Coordinate with internal academic team regarding program implementation

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Language, Education, Literature, or related field JLPT N2/N1 preferred Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience (corporate class experience is a plus) Strong understanding of business communication (email, meeting, presentation, workplace conversation) Experience in curriculum development or material customization is an advantage Professional, communicative, and adaptable Available for offline sessions in Jakarta (hybrid arrangement possible)
