Finance Division Head

Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term sustainability. Manage annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and business planning initiatives. Provide comprehensive financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Strengthen internal control systems and ensure good corporate governance practices. Monitor financial performance and drive cost efficiency as well as revenue optimization initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage). Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role. Experience in hospital or healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, financial modeling, and risk management. Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, leadership maturity, and professionalism. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent will be an advantage. Proficient in financial systems/ERP and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
